Lead Countertop Installer

Experienced Lead Countertop Installer

Titan Granite has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for being the lead countertop installer.

Responsibilities:

  • Set seams using a Gorilla Grip
  • Hand fabricate & polish stone
  • Drill faucet holes
  • Hang sink bowls
  • Cutout cooktops
  • Direct and manage assistant installer
  • Read a tape measure
  • Be on time
  • Pass drug test
  • Posses a valid driver’s license
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 2+ years of install experience
  • Proficiency with basic mathematics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work safely
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Sense of urgency in completing work

Assistant Countertop Installer

Countertop Installer

Titan Granite has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for assisting the lead countertop installer. Some experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be available for the right, motivated individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Read a tape measure
  • Follow instructions from Lead Installer
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Be on time
  • Pass drug test
  • Posses a valid driver’s license
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good communication skills

Daily Tasks:

  • Help load the box trucks with the countertops to be installed each day
  • Carry countertops into the customer’s home along with the Lead Installer
  • Follow instructions given by the Lead Installer
  • Leave the customer’s home clean and tidy

Sales Representative

Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for retail sales of marble, granite and quartz countertops. This role will require selling to a variety of walk-in customers, including homeowners, contractors, designers and home flippers. The Sales rep will sell to customers in a retail setting in a 10,000 square foot facility, with over 100 products in stock, making products easily accessible for potential customers to purchase immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to sell in a retail, face to face environment.
  • Basic Computer skills – MS Office
  • Basic math skills – you will have to calculate square footage of countertops in order to provide customers with cost estimates.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Personable / approachable
  • Great customer services skills
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Teachable
  • Self-starter

Experienced Bridge Saw Operator

Titan Granite has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible operating and maintaining our bridge saw machinery, and keeping accurate documentation of bridge saw jobs.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the bridge saw to cut granite, marble & quartz slabs for fabrication
  • Monitor and verify that rough cut machinery is operating correctly
  • Perform quality checks on finished pieces
  • Utilize overhead crane to relocate slabs
  • Operate forklift to move heavy material
  • Inspect the overhead crane and forklift daily
  • Conduct visual inspections of complex bridge saw equipment
  • Perform all required documentation with detail and accuracy
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding machine functionality
  • Keep work area clean and free of clutter
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Conduct all job related duties in a safe and responsible manner
  • Attend work daily, be punctual, and work the duration of a shift

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 2+ years of machining experience preferred
  • Proficiency with basic mathematics
